Reading this article, my eyes were opened to the fact that the presidential candidates never actually make face to face contact with each other for YEARS up until the debates coming up this Wednesday. One would think that they would have to attend the same functions and political meetings of some sort and make appearances together at least for the media. This is not the case however as Huffington Post makes clear. I find it interesting that they were supposedly so “friendly” before the race for President, yet they have not made contact for five years. It will be interesting to see how they interact at the debates on Wednesday.
